Rent and Security Deposit
Rent collection is made simple through our secure online tenant portal. The system is quick and convenient and allows the tenant to make all the necessary payments online.
A Security Deposit is collected from all tenants for your protection. Your deposits are held in an insured trust account in accordance with state regulations. All tenant’s forfeits and damage claims conform with North Carolina Security Deposit Laws.
Monthly Owner Reporting
We track the monthly income and expense on your investment property. Your property statement is available for you to view on-line, at any time, through a password protected on-line owner portal. A year-end statement will also be available on-line through your owner portal. Tracking income and expense for year- end tax preparation has never been easier. You can download your report, analyze income and expenses and do your tax planning when it is convenient for you. We also offer direct deposit for owners – so no more waiting for checks.
